Carhaix is host to the annual four-day Vieilles Charrues music festival, which attracts more than 200,000 people, the third week in July.  Last year the event starred Bruce Springstein amongst many others and past performers have included REM, Madness, Tracey Chapman, Joe Cocker and James Brown.  The first names to feature in 2010 will be announced in March.  Find out more by clicking on the following link.
